DAY THREE: 2013 Vermont Amateur Golf Championship was won by Evan Russell, Country Club of Vermont, with a five under par after four rounds at the Country Club of Barre in Plainfield, Vermont.

DAY TWO: Vermont Amateur Championship completed the second round of the tournament at Country Club of Barre in Plainfield Vermont. 40 players made the cut to play rounds 3 & 4 on Wednesday to determine the winner.

DAY ONE: 2013 Vermont Amateur Golf Championship at Country Club of Barre. Evan Russell leads in the first round with a score of 69.

The first STATE STREET SLAM, (3 on 3 basketball competition) was held in Montpelier, Vermont on Saturday August 26. Twenty-seven teams participated ranging from 3rd grade to over 40 age group. The event was sponsored by the Montpelier Recreation Department and Montpelier Alive.
