A common House sparrow has taken up residence with her three chicks in a small birdhouse between to the Subway shop and CharlieO's in downtown Montpelier. The bird house according to a faded red sign painted above the door is for rent. It is one of the many buildings in Montpelier owned by Jeff Jacobs with a for rent sign.
